Sean spent over 20 years building RVs from the ground up at companies like Grand Design, Forest River, Highland Ridge, and Coachman — He left the factory to go mobile because RV owners deserve that level of expertise at their door, not just in a shop. RVTI certified. Licensed. He's seen every problem before it became yours.
Violet has her own deep roots in the RV world and has been Sean's partner in this business since day one. Customers know her by name — and they call back because of her.
Their son Joey rounds out the team as a hands-on apprentice who grew up learning the trade from someone who helped build it.

You know your way around a wrench — sometimes you just need a second set of expert eyes. RV Tech Direct is a monthly membership that puts a certified RV technician in your pocket. Text or message your questions directly and get real answers fast, without paying for a full service call. Whether you're mid-repair and hit a wall, need help reading a wiring diagram, or want a second opinion before you pull a part — your membership gives you direct access when it counts.

Standard Service: Monday – Saturday, by appointment
Emergency Service: Available 7 days a week with same-day response when possible
Service Radius: Up to 70 miles from our base in White Pigeon MI
We aim to respond to all calls and messages within 1–2 business days to confirm details and schedule your service. During peak season, response times may vary, but emergencies and RV Tech Direct members always receive priority.
